FORWARD is the vendor providing payments under the stipend program. If you were awarded a stipend payment in 2022, an IRS tax form 1099 reporting that payment has been mailed and/or emailed to you from the FORWARD vendor parent company GEOCKO, INC.
The email will come from a service called Track1099 1099 & W-2, with the subject line Subject: 1099-MISC from Geocko, Inc. Please download the 1099 form linked in this email for your records.

Homeless service provider organizations and homeless service workers may still be eligible to receive a stipend up to $2,000. Application submission for this program is ongoing! Begin your application now.

If you are a homeless service worker with an immediate economic need and you are working for an organization that contracts with a Washington state city or county providing homeless services, you may qualify!
